Welcome to my Services Page for Jikiden Reiki practitioners and followers. If you’re interested in deepening your understanding and practice of Japanese healing traditions, I invite you to join me for sessions or events focused on the authentic techniques of Jikiden Reiki, including opportunities for healing with Yasuko.

These services are designed for those who wish to learn about and experience Japanese culture and healing practices.

Learning Basic Japanese Culture
For students who are interested in becoming Jikiden Reiki teachers in the future, learning basic Japanese culture can be an enriching experience. This includes important cultural practices such as reciting Gokai in Japanese, which helps deepen your connection to the teachings and traditions of Jikiden Reiki.

Shakyo (Tracing the Sutras)写経  experience

Join me for Shakyo, a mindful practice of tracing the sacred Heart Sutra on Tatami mat floor -Feel Japan-

This practice allows us to reflect on ourselves and cultivate mental well-being.

We will be tracing The Heart Sutra, which is very short, but as this is a mindful practice as well, it may take up to 45 minutes and more to complete.

Respectfully, this is only open to everyone in my circle.

Reiju-kai 靈授会

Reiju kai (meeting) including Reiki share is for Jikiden Reiki students and teachers.

During Reiju-kai, students receive Reiju and practice treatments together (Sejutsu-kai). It is also an excellent opportunity to meet, support, and be supported by other practitioners in the area. Reiju-kai at my place usually concludes with tea and conversation (Koryu-kai).

Yasuko (Sue) Tedaka will lead a short workshop (Fukushu-kai) and share updates or videos with the participants.

Reiju fee $25

Sejutsu-kai 施術会

Reiki Sessions Between Practitioners

These sessions offer Jikiden Reiki practitioners the opportunity to exchange Reiki treatments and spend time fostering mutual support and growth.

For Reiki receivers;

Choose between a 30-minute session (minimum donation of $10 or food valued at $10) or a 60-minute session (minimum donation of $20 or food valued at $20).

All donations collected will be given to the Food Bank.

For Reiki givers; Offer Reiki sessions for free; any donations are welcome.

Koryu-kai 交流会

A gathering for Jikiden Reiki practitioners to share experiences, practice Reiki treatments, and give Reiki to one another.

Fukushu-kai 復習会

Fukushu-kai includes reviewing part of the Jikiden Reiki class, a Q&A segment, sharing experiences, and exchanging Reiki sessions. It also provides a social gathering at the end.

Taiken-kai 体験会

Jikiden Reiki Trial session.

This is for people who have never learned Jikiden Reiki to experience Jikiden Reiki treatments. They can come for a short session (20min-30mins) demo session.

This session is for those who have never experienced Jikiden Reiki and would like to try it. Participants can join for a short demo session (20–30 minutes).

It’s a great opportunity to experience Reiki firsthand and learn about the benefits of taking Reiki classes.
